Une inspection des boîtes reçues avec cet outil nous permet de voir la constance de la matière jusqu'au fond. Il arrive beaucoup trop souvent que les boîtes de matières recyclées soient mal décrites ou contiennent des contaminants à l'intérieur. Cette étape de la "carotte" s'ajoute aux tests d'échantillons par le laboratoire et l'inspection par l'équipe pour s'assurer de la précision du fournisseur. ♻️ We inspect boxes on arrival with this tool to validate the materials constancy, all the way to the bottom. Unfortunately, too often in recycled materials, material is not well described or contains contaminants within the mix. This "carrot" test adds to our sampling for the lab and inspection from the team to ensure the precision of the suppliers material description. #plasticrecycling

The Canada Plastics Pact has recently released its PCR Integration Guide, which aims to: 🔁guide the industry on contracting and technical inputs to aid the procurement practices and policies of CPP Signatories and other key stakeholders in the plastics industry to promote increased use of PCR content; 💡share insights on the current state and supply of PCR in Canada; and 🛣️showcase successful strategies from industry leaders to help others succeed in using and sourcing recycled content effectively.
